Cancellation policy
MEMBERSHIP BILLING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
PokeVault Smash Pack memberships are offered by PokeVault Smash Pack and Sports Trading Card Shop LLC.
Monthly Billing and Minimum Commitment
Membership costs $39.99 per month, plus any applicable taxes, with an initial minimum commitment of three consecutive months. The minimum membership cost is $119.97 before applicable taxes, paid in three monthly installments—not one upfront payment.
Your first payment is charged when you subscribe. Subsequent payments are charged monthly according to the billing schedule shown with your subscription.
Automatic Renewal
After the initial three-month commitment, your membership continues automatically at $39.99 per month, plus applicable taxes, until canceled. Continuing after the initial commitment does not start another three-month minimum commitment.
By subscribing, you authorize the recurring charges disclosed at checkout. The price, billing frequency, minimum commitment, and automatic renewal terms must be presented before you complete your purchase.
Cancellation
You may submit a cancellation request at any time. Unless applicable law provides otherwise, a request made during the initial three-month commitment takes effect at the end of that commitment, and the remaining scheduled payments within the initial commitment remain due.
After the initial commitment, you may cancel before your next scheduled billing date to prevent the next monthly renewal.
Use the membership management link provided with your subscription to submit your cancellation. You may also email daniel@smash-pack.com using the email address associated with your membership. Include your name and a clear request to cancel. If the online cancellation option is unavailable, contact us by email.
We will confirm your cancellation and its effective date. The date you submit your request determines which future renewals are stopped; delays in our processing do not extend your commitment or create additional renewal charges.
Membership Benefits After Cancellation
Your membership benefits remain available through the end of your paid membership period. If cancellation is scheduled for the end of the initial three-month commitment, benefits remain available throughout that commitment while scheduled payments are current.
After the effective cancellation date, membership benefits end and no further renewal payments will be charged.
Refunds
Membership payments are nonrefundable except where a refund is required by applicable law. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time, unused benefits, or a change of mind.
This policy does not prevent correction of duplicate, incorrect, or unauthorized charges. Contact daniel@smash-pack.com if you believe a billing error has occurred.
Payment Issues
Keep your payment information current. A failed payment may result in a temporary suspension of membership benefits while the payment issue is resolved. A failed payment does not, by itself, constitute a cancellation request.
Price or Membership Changes
Any changes to recurring prices or material membership terms will be communicated before taking effect, with any notice or consent required by applicable law. Changes will not retroactively alter charges already paid or increase the agreed price during your initial three-month commitment.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable withdrawal, cancellation, refund, or payment dispute rights. Where applicable law gives you a right to cancel earlier or receive a refund, that right takes priority over the minimum commitment and nonrefund provisions above.
